Our laboratory was accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), underscoring our commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:Quality Control and Testing: Conducted comprehensive testing on raw materials, molds, and finished castings to verify their compliance with international standards, such as ASTM and ISO. Utilized a range of testing equipment and techniques, including spectrometry, tensile testing, hardness testing, and metallography.Process Optimization: Collaborated with the production team to identify process improvements and recommend adjustments for enhanced efficiency and quality control, reducing defects and minimizing scrap.Accreditation Compliance: Played an integral role in maintaining NABL accreditation, ensuring that laboratory protocols, documentation, and calibration procedures were consistently followed.
