In tandem, I support the business development team, with pre - sales campaigns and lead generation. As part of the Business Development team, my key responsibilities include prospecting, reaching out to prospects, introducing them to our business model and offerings, and scheduling appointments with them. I work in collaboration with the in-house sales team to gather and utilise market information/data about prospective clients through primary and secondary channels, and follow up on business opportunities.
