● Responsible for managing fulfillment of multiple resources to accounts aligned along with various Service Line Skills.● Work with sales, delivery, and recruitment team (including Contracting) to arrive at optimal Fulfillment (NET ADD) on a quarterly basis● As a single Point of Contact (SPOC) Deployment of Strong Knowledge resources (internal and External) for the fulfillment requirement across BU for BFS-APMEA’s Vertical and Telecom Vertical.● Work with the Talent Acquisition team (both Contracting and Lateral) team across GEO for the fulfillment of positions for external routes to meet the On-time Fulfillment SLA.● Focus on Critical requirements, preference to internal resources, niche and super niche skills by working closely with the Technology Practice Manager for candidate assessment and deployment to meet the committed NET ADD.● Work with the competency team / Practice Delivery heads to plan and identify the training needed for future/current projects through the Bench management by assigned resources for re-skilling/ multi-skilling released at Account and Vertical bench.● Optimum utilization of resources by adhering to metrics like the Pyramids, right prioritization of requirements in consultation with Delivery to meet the COD of the account.● Analytics and analysis with related MIS as per the internal guidelines for the Weekly and Monthly reviews with the Account GCP and VDH’s.● Executing the WAR ROOM connects with all the Service Line SPOCS, and driving them on the fulfillment of Open requirements across the BFS America’s Vertical.● Innovating and driving process improvement in staffing and operations in association with the central workforce management team.● Contractor Rotation and back filling of positions by utilization of Up-scaled and Trained resources and minimizing unassigned Bench time of contractors / resources under non-Billable tag.

• Talent Partner for technical hiring across the organization (SDE, SDET, etc).• Liaising with business leaders and hiring managers at frequent intervals to discuss requirements and track progress.• Tracking of key recruitment metrics such as cycle time, cost per hire, conversions, etc.• Maintaining Channel mix by hiring through Vendors, Employee Referrals, and Walk-in• Sourcing profiles through different sources like job portals, internal databases, references, etc. to deliver the right talent to the business.• Scheduling interviews as per the client’s specifications and intimating the candidates about the interviews.
