Upon identification of root cause such as low value activities and technical inconsistencies, partnered with key stakeholders for corrections and process improvement. This resulted in a significant time reduction on daily reconciliation and a considerable decrease of revenue recognition imbalances.

This has been a complex transfer which involves API supply chains from 25 third party suppliers in India, China and Europe along with the Finish Pack supply chains from this new intercompany entity to other GSK markets in South America.
