Michael, who founded DConsulta, is an experienced management consultant and accountant with a track record spanning almost thirty years in the fields of management consulting, finance & accounting, taxation and European Funding. Within DConsulta he handles business growth, EU funding and taxation service provision. Michael has B.A. (Hons) Accountancy degree from the University of Malta, an MBA from the Henley Management College (UK), holds a certificate in Trusts & Trustees and is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) warrant holder.He has worked as a Finance Court Expert in the civil, commercial and criminal law courts. Michael has been a member of the Tribunal for the Administrative Review of Justice (VAT and Capital Gains) for the last 7 years.Michael is an ardent supporter and also member of the Bayern Munchen Football Club. Other interests include reading crime and espionage thrillers and following international trotting racing.
