I manage the editorial process and take responsibility for the overall integrity of the newspaper (editorial content, appearance, coverage, production, scheduling, staff/personnel issues and advertising), handling reader complaints and taking responsibility for issues after publication, generates ideas for new ways of doing things, chairs the editorial board; writes editorials as desired, working with the managing editor, ensures that all articles are submitted in a timely manner, ensures that all photographic and visual needs are submitted in a timely manner.

I provide leadership and direction for the organization, set vision and strategies to employ, build and maintain corporate culture, hire and fire staff, manages financial and physical resources, implements plans, oversees operations and sustain organization, assess the principal risks of the company and to ensure that these risks are being monitored and managed, sustaining and developing relationships with clients, make sure the company is making profit and managing the day to day activities of the organization.
