Since October 2023, I have been serving as the General Director of Real Estate Development at MPD Engineering, a business management company specializing in Real Estate Development. In addition to my previous responsibilities, I oversee the entire Real Estate Development process and Commercial Management (Sales) of the products generated by the company. I also lead the New Business department, responsible for identifying and acquiring areas/land for new developments.

I served as the Director of Development and Sales at MPD Engineering and led the restructuring of the internal sales team. I was responsible for managing commercial strategies with a focus on customer experience and increasing the company's profitability.

As the Director of Development at MPD Engineering for three years, I was responsible for Product, Market Intelligence, Marketing, Deployments (PDV), Inventory Management, and Customer Service. Additionally, I led the development of residential and commercial real estate products, feasibility studies for new business ventures, advertising campaigns, real estate marketing planning, and the overall sales strategy, considering all stakeholders.

At Cyrela, a company dedicated to Construction and Real Estate, I served as the General Manager of the Development/Product Department. For over nearly five years, I was responsible for developing different products, ranging from implementation processes to project coordination, image and model creation, and financial oversight of the business. I also led project approvals at municipal, state, and federal levels and conducted innovation research to boost the company's market share and expand its customer base.

While at Cyrela, I also served as a PDV (Point of Sale) Manager. In addition to being in charge of the structure and management of the department, I led the development, planning, and conceptualization of sales points for the company's ventures. I actively contributed to the creation of various promotional materials and managed sales team training and motivational campaigns.

As a product coordinator at Cyrela, I was responsible for overseeing and developing projects and product launches in the Real Estate Development sector. Additionally, I crafted technical and commercial proposals, conducted market research, and performed comparative analyses of different products within the company.

At Bertini and Casella, a firm specializing in interior architecture projects and works, I served as a Partner-Director. Over the course of a year, I was responsible for shaping the company's strategy and objectives, identifying business opportunities, and making high-impact corporate decisions, guiding the company within a unified strategic vision.

As the Real Estate Development Coordinator at MPD Engineering, I led the entire process of approval for real estate projects with the relevant authorities. This included obtaining construction permits, conducting financial feasibility studies for projects, as well as evaluating contracts and overseeing sales.
