• Designed and implemented a new control program to support compliance to an enterprise policy ensuring all applications are managed within the technology organization.
• Partnered with Business Stakeholders to implement a non-threating solution that allowed us to identify a significant number of risky applications managed in the business. Process and tools were leveraged as an.

• Defined and implemented an Application Governance function for a CIO contributing to the standardization of processes, education, and improved compliance of all information security, recovery, data management.
• Developed technical education targeting application managers to instruct on risks and mitigating control procedures for bringing applications into 95% compliance across all control functions (information security.
• Led an information security access management team that provided access and implemented information security controls to 600 applications and faced off to our 70,000 business clients.
