This involved partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts, coordinating cross-team efforts, facilitating steering committees, developing communication plans and training super user and support staff for end-user support.Solution implementations at Oracle often involved a roll-out to as many as 50,000 global users. In almost all cases, our internal end-users were scattered about the globe, remote to most support staff.
