Mitra Kunci is the 5 year USAID Initiative to develop inclusive employment in Indonesia by increasing access to skills, training, information, experience and relevant services for poor and vulnerable youth aged 18-34 years, including women, people with disabilities, and university students in West Java, Central Java and East Java.As the Accountant for this project, I am responsible to: - Preparing payment transactions, including verify the documents, ensure all paperwork needed is in place and comply with both project and USAID financial policy- Record all financial transactions into accounting system in accordance with USAID and DAI financial policies and procedures- Prepare and generate bi-weekly project financial reports from financial system to be reviewed by the supervisor, as well as Project Associate & Project Accountant in DAI Home Office- Document both hard copy and soft copy of all financial papers for audit ready- Support the Project Administration Team to calculate and review the allowance for activities and also occasionally perform administrative support for the activities as necessary- Assist and collaborate in all audits performed by DAI Home Office and external parties (USAID, Tax Office, external audit firm), as necessary
