I’m a licensed environmental engineer in Brazil, certified by the Regional Council of Engineering, Agronomy and Regional Chemical Council, with over 16 years of experience in water infrastructure utilities, planning, design, and construction management. My early experience include treatment systems design in the mining and steel industries to address contaminated water with oil, scale, and metals for water cooling (opened and closed circuits), boiler feed, and potability. Currently, I’m a technical project manager for water and industrial treatment projects with various multidisciplinary and global teams. Some of the technical challenges include the removal of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, dissolved solids, turbidity, hardness, iron and magnesium, BOD and disinfection, enabling water reuse in production processes or compliant discharge in water bodies of the state. As someone who strives to deliver exceptional customer service, my routinely pursues 360 customer service, from the client to all project relationships, including staff and government stakeholders (city hall, utilities, and the community). In addition, my focus has been on improving water resource efficiencies to maximize benefits for the community and the environment.
