I'm a Training and Education Specialist. I'm also passionate about research, graphic design, literature, linguistics and storytelling. As an Instructional Designer, I take great pride in creating immersive content and training solutions, based on research on how people really learn and what motivates them, in a creative and appealing way. I've started my professional path as an English tutor and certified trainer. I've acquired experience as Pedagogical Coordinator and Instructional Designer; by storyboarding and developing multimedia content for e-learning. I'm proficient in authoring tools and LMS such as Articulate Storyline, Adapt and Moodle, as well as in Adobe Creative Studio, in image and video editing.I'm also keen on the field of Evaluation and one of the projects I've worked on, allowed me to gain experience in building Competencies Assessment in Professional setting (assessment and evaluation as a basis for career progression purposes) and digital transformation.
