Senior Sustainability Manager
Current• Cultivate strong, positive, and trusting relationships with 23 member companies by building and managing partnerships and engaging members in the Coalition's work.• Ensure members feel represented by advocating for them during committee discussions, enforcing organisation's governance rules, maintaining ongoing communication, and addressing any issues in 1:1 meetings.• Manage an annual Coalition budget of €500k through forecasting, planning, establishing it, and obtaining budget approval from steering committees of member companies.• Empower efficient resource allocation across projects and spending of the complete annual budget by monitoring expenses.• Devise strategies for addressing deforestation, ecosystem conversion, and respecting human rights in close collaboration with C-level representatives.• Maximize the robustness and credibility of the Coalition's work by identifying and recruiting 4 respected NGOs for reviewing organisation's landscape footprint calculation.• Secured buy-in from the external stakeholder community by reaching out to 100+ stakeholder organisations and obtaining their input and expertise on Coalition's documents for publication.• Generate industry awareness, increase forest positive knowledge, and boost the organisation's visibility by speaking at external events and representing the organisation.• Pivot efficient work of up to 5 service providers by managing and overseeing their operations.• Coordinated and managed one employee.
