Since the 2005 I was totally employed in the start up of the Italian subsidiary of AES Chemunex where I participated at the development of the business and at the management of the all strategic business units as Executive Coordinator, and particularly in terms of sales managements, sales support, organizational management, budget analysis, service dept. management, office manager and assistant director.With the Executive Manager I was the contact person and referent of the HQ.During this experience I have acquired the necessary skills to manage the priorities resulting from the needs of the HQ and the reality of the Italian market and the Italian customers, with wonderful results. I'd like to continue to increase my skills and experience in business development, pre and post sales management, contract administrators and customer care, making the most what is already my know-how in terms of technical and commercial features.On 2014 I joined I.N.D.I.A. Industrie Chimiche Srl as General Manager following my desire to grow up in my professional skills.
