Working within the Corporate and M&A department: • providing general legal advice to numerous companies (national and foreign) on their ongoing commercial activities, with particular emphasis on technology and infrastructures; • incorporating several Portuguese companies (e.g. Public Limited Liability Companies and Private Limited Liability Companies); and • managing compliance gaps.

Legal counsel within the bank’s legal department: • providing legal support on day-to-day issues; • revising contracts and informative documentation for all types of banking transactions, especially consumer credit mortgage loans and guarantee contracts; and • assisting the implementation of the Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection and risk prevention mechanisms (physical and digital) and compliance with national legislation and international guidelines.

Working within the Investor Relations Department: • supporting investors with informations concerning capital markets; and • responding to investor’s complaints concerning activities, operations, entities or financial instrument markets in Portugal.
