I have a way with words. While I have spent most of the last 40 years defining requirements and testing and implementing business processes and tools across Digital Equipment, Compaq Computer Corporation and Hewlett Packard, my particular expertise lay in converting those requirements, tests and processes into effective documentation and presentations to train, guide and support agents and users in the Americas and Global Service Delivery organizations.At the same time, I have also focused on the creation of entertaining and compelling fiction. I have self-published four fantasy novels and am currently working on a fifth in that series while trying to find a publisher for the romantic adventure I penned. I have excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal). I work well with a team or on my own and easily adapt to the demands of the particular task or project. I am energetic and highly motivated and looking forward to not only putting my skills to good use but also to learning and growing in an exciting new work environment.
