Oversight of Patient Safety, Risk Management and Patient Advocacy, with a focus on advancing a patient safety program that promotes a culture of safety and the elimination of avoidable harm. Partnering with our Patient Safety Organization, I lead our team in completing annual deliverables in the Clinical Safety Improvement Program.
