Responsible for the management and implementation of expatriate policy & process, policy exceptions and escalations. Change management and capability building of 144 International Mobility advisors globally.Key Achievements: Achieved and sustained top quartile Leadership performance consistently over a 5-year period evidenced by annual Shell People SurveyOperational Excellence Actively managed and supported the business operational goals and strategic direction to manage and co-ordinate International relocation, reduce costs, maintain continuity of business & ensure safety and care of expatriate staff, to create a great employee experience.Key Achievements: As key member of the Operations Management Team I drove and implemented response to COVID 19 Crisis across HR Services. This demanded an Intensive face to face Coaching and development of training materials to train +/- 40 junior advisers in Krakow over a 6 week period.Active Member and workstream lead of the International Mobility Evacuation team. Responsible to implement the Expatriate policy & co-ordinate the Emergency Country Exits ensuring safety and wellbeing of staff and their families. 2003 – 2005: Randstad Agency, The Hague – Shell accountFacilitate and co-ordinate the staff movements of Shell staff moving on international assignments. Including face to face consultations with Employees and Joint Ventures, Focal point on Terms and Conditions related to an International Assignment as well as Visa and Immigration.
