TRNZact is an Online Accounting Firm. We have teams of Accountants and Bookkeepers using cloud-based software – Sage One or Xero, for all our processing. We are transaction based so when it comes to processing we charge according to the number of transactions you need to do monthly. In other words, you are charged for the amount of work done, unlike the other accounting firms who charge according to turn-over. Our fees are set monthly but based over a 12-month contract. Because we do a lot of financials this covers the annual financial statements fee so our clients pay an affordable monthly fee instead of a huge invoice once a year. We will capture all your transactions into a software that you prefer or which would suit your purpose best. You will also receive a full set of financials at the end of the financial year, up to and including a Trial Balance.TRNZact also offers a monthly overview of your books, called Monthly Management Accounts.The objective of these accounts is to provide timely and key financial and statistical information required by management to make day to day informed decisions and also enables you to receive a set of financials when required. This summarized data will typically include: budgets and forecasts, sales, expenses, debtors, creditors, cash flow balance, balance sheets, income statement and profit and loss information. We can also take over your payroll processing – which includes payslips as well as all the SARS returns – monthly and annually. The same will apply for VAT processing. We will go through all your transactions to make sure that claims have been made where you can, and not claimed where you are unable to.
