National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) – July 2010 to present Associate Director of Field Operations – Midwest & Southeast Regions – 2016 to 2018Community Development Manager – Midwest 2013-2016Community Development Manager – Southeast 2010-2013 –Established first NPF field office for southeast region. Responsible for the annual income, leadership, management, growth and efficiency of the Midwest and southeast regions for multiple states and staff. All Board identification, recruitment and development for critical leadership positions for three regional Board (s). Responsible for all budgets, timelines, contracts, collateral materials for implementation. • Developed budgets and managed operations and implemented long-term fund-raising strategies for assigned for two major regions, consistently growing markets by 10-20% . • Identify, recruit and secure all revenue streams that include corporate, retail, peer to peer, medical & pharmaceutical partnerships, major gifts, grants, special events, indivudal giving. • Cultivated, launched and secured the first retail pin-up campaign with a national retailer.• Launched two new income provider programs - Lunch & Learn and President’s Council Dinners generating over 100K in new annual income nationally. • Selected by the COO to participate on the strategic development team to create and launch the first social event, Commit to Cure Gala's that generated over $6million in new revenue in more than 6 markets throughout the country. • Major Gifts – cultivated high net prospects within assigned regions. Worked with Board members, medical partners, pipeline portfolio of 500+ for stewardship via receptions/parlor events and individual meetings for 6 & 7 figure gift solicitations.• Responsible for leadership and supervision for all staff in the Midwest and southeast regions to achieve success in all Team NPF events (walks/runs/cycle/golf and galas). Identified and launched of new special events and programs as needed.
