Lead all aspects of Utility and Solid Waste billing, collections, and cash management. Handles all escalated inquiries. Train and implement procedures, policies, and all utility billing components. Assign staff schedules and duties that, rotate weekly. Analyze utility billing operations, rate structures, financial statements, account receivables, and collections to ensure accuracy. Provide project management, analysis, design, testing, implementation, system review, and follow-up on projects. On-going support for the utility billing software, all interfaces for billing, payments, meter reading, and service orders, to resolve interface, and functionality problems. Implemented a significant system upgrade (2020), for performance, and efficiency. Implemented a complex billing structure into existing software (2021), for 35,000 residents while, structuring a new solid waste community-wide initiative.
