• Set up the Grooming Department in 2018 and within 2 months implemented guidelines for all front- line staff within Bahrain Airport Services• Maintain records of all frontline staff appearance which are used for coaching, promotion and end of year appraisals• Played a pivotal role in the roll out of the new BAS uniform for front-line staff in 2019• Expanded my role from monitoring 400 front line staff to 1,300 uniformed-staff: baggage handlers, equipment drivers, cargo, security, engineering and catering• Lead Uniform Committee meeting with Senior Management on a quarterly basis to highlight changes that need to be made• Design and delivery of the 'To Look Good, Is To Feel Good' training and the impact on the customer• Conducted familiarisation tours of the new passenger terminal at Bahrain International Airport• Escorted VVIPs during the opening of Bahrain International Airport new terminal building• Offer full support to Senior Manager Passenger Service to assist with Customer Service monitoring and training when required• Identified an opportunity to update uniforms for ramp staff to a style more suited to their roles giving them more comfort whilst working outside. The uniform will deliver significant cost savings overtime. This project is ongoing• Created a 70-page, professionally printed Uniform Guidelines manual for 8 different styles of BAS Uniforms. (BAS offers not only passenger services, but catering for airlines, engineering, engineering training, security, manual labour and learning and development.)• Relationship building with key stakeholders with Ministry of Interior (airport police), Bahrain Airport Company and major airlines.• Liaise with the airlines to offer support and ensure our staff are fully updated with changes• Monitor staff at check—in and departures to ensure compliance to procedures including security• Put together training needs analysis to identify areas for development

• Working within the British Embassy, Bahrain, the role was to support the Aviation Security Liaison Officer•Collate information to create reports for the Dept for Transport in London, Civil Aviation in Bahrain and Kuwait.• Create training needs anaylsis (TNA) for MOI (airport police) in Bahrain and Kuwait• Updated, designed and delivered training to Bahrain and Kuwait MOI staff• Attended weekly meetings with central team for updates of changes to aviation security.• Much of the information was classified and not meant for external use. Discretion was key.• The relationships with Bahrain Civil Aviation, Bahrain Airport Company, Ministry of Interior made during my time with the DfT have continued to my current role within Bahrain International Airport.

• Championed full implementation of the new On Business programme in 2015 offering support to Account Managers to ensure full knowledge of the programme. • Responsible for corporate loyalty programme - On Business in Middle East, Central Asia, Levant and Africa. Portfolio of up to 7000 active accounts with revenue of up to £51m (2016). With such a great number of accounts, it was vital that the data was used to determine which accounts would be called each month. • Analysing data to identify trends of growth and decline identifying accounts to focus on for each quarter• Work independently in Bahrain, reporting to the Commercial Manager in Dubai. • Implemented a competition with travel agents and commercial to enrol new companies to On Business. In 2016, 666 new accounts were enrolled giving £6.5m additional revenue with a return on investment of £1724 for every £ spent. • Salesforce: all conversations with customers are recorded in Salesforce. • Sound negotiation skills. When offering ex gratia points, there would be an expectation of something in return – eg, trade to provide 5 new leads in return. • • Proven time management to show an ethic of working to strict deadlines, using available tools.
