Responsible for teaching a Career Success Class that talks about professionalism in the work place, how to build a resume and cover letter. I assisted the graduates with job placement. I revised and updated resumes and cover letters, I was in constant contact with hiring managers on a daily basis for new opportunities for our grads and I also worked with companies to come to our campus for job fairs and future openings. Met all goals regarding placement to our accreditation bodies.

Conducted face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews and e-mail correspondence to prospective students to determine their educational needs, concerns and interests. Closely assisted and mentored students through admissions process. Maintained and exceeded Admissions numbers on a quarterly basis. Verbally communicated approved presentations to promote.

• Responsibilities included providing professional recruiting and consulting for all temporary manufacturing, administrative, financial and engineering positions.
• Sources included Internet sites, job postings, job fairs, and employee referral programs.

• Resolved difficult issues when contractors are unhappy, including dealing with the firing process and verbal and written warnings.
• Alerted sales department with tips from prospective employees while qualifying them for specific positions.
• Maintained all files, payroll, utilized MS Excel and Word for all spreadsheets, letters, and resume critique.
