Significant contributor to the application for funding to NYS; responsible to deliver Community Needs Assessment, Attribution, Scale and Speed.

CMS Innovation Challenge Grant - "Transforming Primary Care Delivery: A Community Partnership"Training and coaching of providers and staff in clinical transformation and quality improvement methods, with the goal to improve health care outcomes and reduce disparities.

Managed highly integrated and deadline sensitive project plans for 4 community health centers and 2 speciality practices seeking Patient Centered Medical Home Level II and III recognition. Mentored applicants through the use of Lean Six Sigma tools to create/modify work flows associated with PCMH requirements. Developed organizationl capability to demonstrate Continuous Quality Improvement.

Manager, Production and Supply Chain Engineering (2000-2002)Implemented unprecedented change in the Webster, NY manufacturing site during a time of significant corporate restructuring.• Accelerated the use of ‘lean’ practices to devise new inventory management methods and 'assemble to order' supply chain strategies. (Annual inventory reduction 35%). • Introduced a department restructuring that reduced staffing from 180 to 60 in 18 mos. This effort saved the company in excess of $12M annually.• De-commissioned 1 million square feet of production capacity, to align with Company’s future strategic needs.
