As a certified pilates instructor at Pilates Tempe, I have been teaching group reformer and private sessions on all pilates apparatuses since January 2024. I completed a 500-hour comprehensive pilates certification program through Pilates Sports Center (PSC) in June 2023, covering mat, reformer, cadillac, chair, and barrel.My goal is to help my clients achieve their fitness and wellness objectives, by providing them with personalized and effective pilates exercises, tailored to their needs and preferences. I have strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and customer service experience, which enable me to build rapport, trust, and loyalty with my clients and colleagues. I am also familiar with sales, conflict resolution, and organizational aspects of working in a pilates studio. I am passionate about pilates and its benefits for physical and mental health, and I constantly seek to improve my knowledge and skills in this field.
