Brenner, MS, MBA, Investment Analysis & FinanceMs. Brenner has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Finance and Banking.Ms. Brenner served as a Vice President at UBS International, managing assets for private and institutional clients in Latin America, conducting diligence and structuring complex transactions.Immediately prior to this, she acted as Senior Equity Research analyst at UBS Securities LLC in New York, responsible for covering Latin American conglomerates.In 1991, Ms. Brenner founded The IMS Group, Inc. in New York, a firm providing strategic and financial advisory services to middle-market companies seeking to access the Latin American markets and acted as principal in several equity transactions.She served as Director and Deputy Managing Director at International Capital Corp., the American Express Bank's arm in the conversion of sovereign debt into private equity investments in Latin America.Ms. Brenner received her graduate degree in Economics from Universidad de Buenos Aires and her MBA with a joint major in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.Further, she has taught several courses in Macroeconomics and Money, Credit and Banking.
