Breeze Card Fulfillment Agent
CurrentCompiles, various pre-order reports to verify physical, counts a Breeze Card application received by websites and mail orders. Audits the physical counts of Breeze Cards applications received, cards mailed rejected and duplications of Breeze card mail outs. Monitors the productions levels, inventory levels, of Breeze cards, and other materials, that include envelopes, inserts, etc. Provides and Breeze Distribution Center. Serves in a Lead position for Breeze Fulfillment Agent capacity when required. Responsible for retrieving the mail from the post office, keying the data into the database, printing envelopes, stuffing envelopes with the Breeze cards and other materials, performing a quality assurance check before mailing out the Breeze card. Manage Marta Mobility database, using Oracle and Hummingbird database, which is designed to specifically track the breeze cards and payments received for the benefit of loading of the breeze cards for patrons. Direct access to the customer service module which house and maintain patron’s functions and the ability to track and hotlist patrons as well as employee breeze cards. In addition, the ability to load patron cards with funds per direct auto load functions. This allows us to resolve issues regarding the usage of the breeze card system, also work with Marta‘s half-fare. Also interact with Marta Mobility patron directly on a daily basis solving issues that are related to the use of Marta Mobility and the transport there of.
