Valuation of commercial and residential assets across the South West.• Undertaking commercial asset and residential development valuations for both secured lending and accounts valuations• Leading annual asset valuations for two local authorities in the South West, managing three other members of the team to complete the portfolio valuation• Responsible for the development and management of the Graduate Surveyors within the team • RICS audited during this period, passing with minimal feedback
