2006: Responsible for revenue increase through management of our largest indirect consumer retail partner in the Southeast 2007 - 2008 I was the first Southeast BellSouth Channel Manager for project ONE. Project One was the inital launch project of wired service offerings in select trial Retail Stores as well as the first three "Experience Stores" in the southeast. This was a special initiative at that time between our wired and wireless operations teams with the goal of improving our customer's experience with a one stop shop for all of their communications needs. We ultimately deployed to all stores across the southeast based on our trial.Prior to my BellSouth Consumer Market experience, I was with BellSouth Business Systems. From May 1997 until August of 2006, my title was BellSouth Channel Manager for our BellSouth Authorized Partners. I supported Digital Connections, Inc., Data Processing Sciences, and JPE Telecom by offering our network services as compliment to their Data Communcations Equipment and/or Professional Services as a total solution for large business and government customers' datacomm needs. Prior to that, I was an AT&T Account Manager responsible for marketing E-Commerce services to my Kentucky customers in 1996-1997. I began my career with BellSouth Business Systems as an AE responsible for Norstar Systems sales and then responsible for direct sales of not only Norstars, but also Nortel PBXs along with our Wide Area Network Solutions for Financial, Medical, Education and Government (also E911 solutions to local county governments). I achieved Summit Club, Paragon Club, and was a Paragon Council Member; all top honors. Since 2006, I have been chosen for three special initiative projects with virtually no job description; simply a goal and a team. Am proud to say, all successful thus far. Prior to Bell, I worked for Kentucky State Parks from age 16-24 as I attended high school and college.
