• Partner with Business Development Officers and Lenders in bringing in large deposit relationships: Structuring of proposals, making presentations, and opening of accounts.• Write and respond to Cash Management RFP’s and proposals and make presentations to clients.• Work with prospects and customers with new products that require testing of files to ensure a smooth implementation; i.e., ACH, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit. • Direct design, development and production of all Cash Management literature and contracts. • Creation and maintenance of price proforma for all deposit and Cash Management products; collaboration with Retail Administration relative to deposit pricing and rates.• Product development for Cash Management products: Work in partnership with Operations and IT division in development and enhancements of Cash Management products.• Heavily involved in core conversions: Fidelity to FIS and Lockbox from in-house to outsource.• Conduct training for all cash management products to all branch personnel.
