Researched missing or misdelivered packages through tracking and communication with customers, delivery drivers, neighbors and package handlers. Situations required professional/confidential investigations and reports of findings, along with possible solutions. Originally a Special Education Assistant and worked with both elementary and junior high school students with emotional disabilities. Monitored, assisted and documented both behavior and academic progress. Transferred to a Lead Security Guard at an alternative high school where students with behavioral problems were referred. Supervised other security guards, generated schedules and procedures for school campus training. Conducted daily searches and performed surveillance to minimize student infractions.
