The basic principles for PM&T is to continuously improve and maintain all processes methods and tools across Landing Gear and across all Aircraft Programmes.PM&T works within the EM&T and the relevant project methodology (eg. GPP, LBIP, Agile) in development of all Landing Gear affected future PLM (PDM and TDM) suites/projects across all programs: Business Requirements gathering to enable process method and tool functionality. Work with Process Operators to Deploy the Process, and produce the deliverables according to Operational Process performance targets (Time, Cost, Quality, and Adherence). Gather and monitor Process operational performance data. Budget and resource availability to support the application of the process in his/her area. Manage Process and tool deployment in a pro-active mode mitigating all issues & risks. Implement the process continuous improvement plan in accordance with the Process Owner’s decisions. Contribute to the process/ Tool development, under the lead of the process/Tool Owners. Provide feedback to Process Management Team on process operations for continuous improvement.
