I have 30 years of experience as a land use lawyer and a real estate developer. My work includes community outreach, entitlement, development, leasing and construction of residential, office and industrial projects. I secured permits for development from local, state, and federal agencies. During my employment with BART, I developed an expertise in the Surplus Lands Act and learned how to leverage public assets for the development of affordable housing.
