As a classroom teacher, I plan and implement curricular units that meet our state's standards of learning. In order to meet the needs of all learners in my classroom, I adopted the Universal Design for Learning framework. I also mentor new teachers who have never had a full-time teaching job before, act as the advisor for our schools NHS chapter, and facilitate e-learning classes for summer school.
