With over seven years of experience as a store manager, I have a strong background in customer service, leadership, and operations.In my current role, I collaborate with various stakeholders to identify the learning needs and objectives of our teams, design and deliver engaging and relevant training programs and materials, and evaluate the impact and outcomes of our learning initiatives. I facilitate multiple workshops on topics for example decision-making, and communication. I am always looking for new ways to improve the quality and accessibility of our learning solutions and to support the personal and professional growth of our colleagues.
