Client/Project: Zippy's Restaurant - Website & Mobile B2C Design for the MVP of the Hawaiian restaurant Zippy's ordering website (desktop and mobile).Client/Project: Bloomin' Brands International - B2C AppsDesign for three restaurants, all based in the United States: Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, and Bonefish Grill. My main role in this project was the creation of the Design System for all three brands and the restructuring of the design + development team operation, as well as implementing improvements to the user experience and interface of the Apps.Client/Project: ADI Global Distribution - B2B App With the technical and management teams, I designed solutions for the application of ADI Global Distribution, the world sales leader in its segment. As this is a globally scalable solution, one of my challenges was to create a product that could be adapted to different countries and which was successfully launched in the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands and the United States, catering for different languages and cultures. At the same time, my focus was on defending the value of design to the client through the appropriate tools, supporting them in identifying opportunities and strategies to leverage the product. Client/Project: Martins Atacado Marketplace - B2B App Martins is a large Brazilian wholesaler. My job with them was to work in line with business metrics, not only with solutions to improve the design and experience of the interface, but also new features and interactions, including for high-return events such as Black Friday. The big challenge here was to adapt the product to the business rules. As a reseller of major Brazilian brands, the strategy was to increase sales through these brands, but each had its own wholesale rules and, as a designer, my role was to translate this into the product in an easy, pleasant and fast way, which worked progressively, generating success in ROI.
