I have always been extremely curious and enjoyed observing how stuff works and why. This drive to learn has taken me from Call Center management in the mutual fund industry to Business Analysis in the insurance industry to software Product Management across various industries. Along the way, I gathered experience as a Program Manager in Client Services, a Process Improvement Manager in Supply Chain Management, and an Employee Experience Designer in Human Resources. When I took my first Design Thinking class, I was all in. I found a method to use my natural curiosity about how people work and my attention to detail combined with creatively solving problems using technology. All my work experience provides the skills I need to empathize with people and create technology solutions to solve their problems. I certainly did not plan this journey; however, in looking back, I can see God's hand in it. I trust Him and will go where He sends me. So, I may not know what I want to be but I know what I love doing.
