I helped to manage the cash flow in the store; I helped manage the inventory in the store; I was responsible for making sure the staff understood their roles and did their jobs to the best of their ability; I was also in charge of production (slicing and glazing the hams).

I assisted in the reconciliation of customer complaints; I provided information to assist customers in tracking packages and I coordinated pick-up and delivery of packages utilizing a computerized tracking system.
