Supervise a group of 4 case managers to navigate the Victorian Bushfire Case Management Service whilst supporting their clients through the complexities of recovery psychologically and re-building their lives. Alongside supporting case managers to maintain good mental health and recognising signs of vicarious trauma and providing resources to keep this in check. To follow the administration tasks that are expected by the organisation and VBCMS service (maintaining client files to standard required).

As 2005 was Wallan Secondary College inaugural year my role was to initially establish policies and procedure regarding support process for student well being, which included Generalist Counselling/Student & Family Support. Identify means to deal with conflict and student behaviour utilising conflict resolution via the Restorative Justice method which is used to date. Provide a safe, positive and encouraging environment where students, families and staff felt comfortable to access, working within the Department of Human Services & Education policies and procedures to assist in ensuring this.
