The Leadership Bridge works with executives, business leaders, educators and high potential employees to strengthen and grow their leadership presence. Individual leadership coaching and specialized team training programs are designed for client's specific needs. Client services include leadership assessments and strategic goal setting with focused and specific training in leadership performance, communications, emotional intelligence and building trust within teams.

Lead government relations representative for three of Noble Energy's core onshore assets in Texas, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Selected to serve on small leadership teams charged with establishing relationships with policy makers, trade associations and community leaders upon Noble Energy's entrance into the Marcellus, Permian Basin and Eagle Ford plays. Served as the liaison to each state's Congressional delegation and statewide elected officials and regulatory agencies on policy issues impacting the energy industry. Served as Board of Directors representative for Noble Energy for Marcellus Shale Coalition and West Virginia Oil and Natural Gas Association.

Strategic Communications Consulting for Energy Companies in the Marcellus Shale Region.

Served as lead business development contact for Marcellus Shale. Responsible for building customer base in a competitive market and for positioning the company as an industry leader among regulatory agencies and industry organizations throughout the multi-state region. Advised company leadership on marketing, public relations, brand enhancement and media relations.

Responsible for development and implementation of community outreach plan for Texas and Louisiana; served as government relations liaison; managed growing community investment program and strategic giving plan; helped launch three community college associates degree programs for industry; responsible for advertising campaigns and media relations; and managed staff and programs developed to manage reputational risk in a growing resource play.*note- hired in May 2006 as Community Relations Advisor and promoted to Team Lead in 2009.

Managed public affairs department staff and directed external communications and all media contact for department; served as speechwriter for State Superintendent of Public Instruction and for department staff; developed and presented multiple policy initiatives to legislative members and education stakeholders that resulted in successful legislation; oversaw planning of major events for department; developed strategic plan for the enhancement of teacher recognition programs.*Note - performed consulting work prior to joining the department from April 2003-August 2003.

Served as lead lobbyist with Wyoming Legislature, Wyoming Congressional Delegation and local elected officials; served as spokesperson during legislative session and interim committee meetings; coordinated with other lobbyists and stakeholders to gain support for Qwest initiatives and legislation; developed strategic plan to obtain extensive third party advocacy for major deregulation initiative; negotiated with communities on franchise agreements.
