Litigation Support Specialist: Maintains the day-to-day relationship with litigation attorneys, and paralegals to ensure productive responsiveness to their matters. Manage and track project progress and workflow from inception to trial. Perform bibliographic coding, and annotating with litigation databases of documents; organizes and maintains files; works in the preparation and computerization of exhibits for trial; performs quality control functions on databases; prepares condensed versions of depositions, hearing and trial testimony for lawyers and paralegals; performs selective document scanning and OCR for specific cases; performs bulk printing of imaged documents from databases, and electronic files; copying mass production of CD-ROMs containing electronic data; assists lawyers/paralegals in utilization of litigation support applications.

Litigation Support Analyst: Provide Litigation Support Services for 600 Attorney International law firm. Scanning documents utilizing Doculex/IPRO. Quality control check of production, validation, and committing of files. User and back end configuration of Concordance databases, including reunitization of document boundaries, loading data and images, running queries, editing of Opticon and IPRO load files, use of CPL’s and database maintenance. Loading transcripts using Summation/Live Note. Use of Microsoft Access to verify data, parse server pathways and build basic scripts for user end user database applications. Back end use of IPRO Tech Utilities, and Adobe Acrobat for imaging document endorsement, document conversion, redacting and Optical Character Recognition. Use of Informatik Driver for creation of page level images for building Opticon load files and insertion into linked Concordance/Opticon database.
