My interests and specialization include: Leadership, Sustainability, Police Education and Immigrant Education and Training. After a fulfilling career of over 30 years an educational specialist with the Canadian federal government, I am now an active retiree working in the fields of International Development, Police Education, Environmental Sustainability, Training and Mentoring. My experience includes all facets of education: training needs assessment, curriculum design, development of classroom materials, problem-based learning and e-learning, training evaluation in a variety of setting, ESL, and police leadership development. In addition, I am a certified Myers-Briggs and DISC instructor. I am fluent in French and Portuguese and have a working knowledge of Spanish. Love having more time to pursue my choral singing, birding, skiing and other outdoor activities.
