About Deborah Donegan

I have 27 years of experience in global supply chain management. I have studied and mastered many phases of the Estee Lauder Global Supply Chain. More recently my roles have included mastering the SAP (Systems Applications and Products) software. I have served as the Lead Data steward for all North American Manufacturing campuses of Estee Lauders Global Operations. I worked various positions including, the successful planning of new products from beginning to end of its life cycle working with Marketing. I was also credited with a successful startup of a new Night Shift as Production Manager in Operations. I started as an assembler and have had the opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of the supply chain throughout my career. I’m well versed in Lean manufacturing principles. In 2009 I held an important role in the Implementation of the SAP system within Estee Lauders organization. I individually trained supervisors and managers on the proper use of the software program in the Planning environment. I am a power user always offering my help. I constantly strive for new opportunities.
