The Portobello Star is based in Notting Hill, famous for its gin The Portobello Road Gin, and for its home infused spirits. I have worked there as a general manager until May 2021 when the bar got flooded.The company has 11 cocktails bars and restaurants, which I worked in most of them to audit and highlight the dysfunctions in order to implement a strategy and enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

Circa is a LGBT cocktail bar/disco located in the heart of Soho. While managing the bar in Soho I was also fully involved in the opening and lunch of Circa the Club. Brand new club, just outside Embankment station, with a capacity of 700 people.

Lunch a new branch in the heart of Soho, was involved in the entire project from scratch including decision on layout, recruitment of staff, contracts negotiation with service providers and all aspects of operations.

While working for SBG I have been involved in many projects including the launch of new venues as well as private and corporate events. I have managed multiple establishments within the company,My experience there has led me to fill many different roles, including leading cocktail master-classes as part of corporate events. I have been leading a team of 15 staff members at Catch bar (Kingsland road) since SBG acquired the venue in early 2014

I started as trained barista and was later promoted to Assistant Manager.My experience here sparked my interest in the hospitality and catering industry. I enjoyed working in a family environment while also furthering my passion wine and spirits.
