I am responsible for a four unit apartment building.I assist the owner with marketing and advertising of the units as they become available. I assist residents with any issues they may have with their housing. I coordinate the resolution of electrical, or plumbing situations as they occur and maintain building and landscaping appearance. I am the first tier for mediation of disputes between residents; I communicate resident needs to the owners. I am second tier for collections of rent.

Dow Home Enterprise is a home-based business that fills the needs of short- term workers in the energy industry and busy local professionals; by providing the comforts of a clean home, hot home- cooked meals, assistance in with child- elder- and pet care ,and information on local events and resources. As a one person operation hoping to expand, I currently coordinate work assignments, schedule appointments, produce line item statements and billing. I oversee projects and asses for quality of work and speed of completion.
