Principal contact for design of all tours, excursions & destination activities for 350 residents on board.Committed to extensive research into packages, arranging all aspects of travel & tours for guests debarking and embarking for various destinations, depending on where the ship was at the time.My extensive travel knowledge (personal travel to over 40 countries worldwide) has helped in ensuring guests achieve the excursions of their dreams!

Designing overland programmes & FIT itineraries based on the ships itinerary & customer requirements with excursions catering from 500 - 2800 passengers.Arranged all travel requirements ahead of each ship to each port of call, liaising with all stakeholders ensuring effective communication to ensure a successful trip.Extensive planning & forecasting of all excursions with a focus on maintaining & managing budgets for trips, accommodation, staff, catering etc.Timetabling & planning of Tour Guide shifts & rota's, managing daily meetings with the team to ensure full understanding of the trip & guest requirements.

Full event planning function from concept to implementation with the largest event being 3500 attendees, autonomy to manage & control multiple events & programmes through to completion.Compiled inclusive incentive programmes for groups - inbound & outbound, using creative skills enhance the delegate experience.Principal responsibility for sourcing venues, guest speakers, transfers, accommodation, flights, catering, itinerary planning etc.Recruited all temp staff & managed teams up to 30 staff to ensure smooth roll out of each event.Personally ensured high profile delegate requirements were met, including hosting them at various events.

Responsible for the overall service, organization and hospitality standards, for all Group Leaders and Group Functions including weddings on board, for up to 5400 passengers.Creating an on-board Groups Schedule, updated daily, using the Shipboard Information available relating to Shipboard activities, and lounge capacities. Arrange and coordinate all group functions, photo shoots, special lunches, site inspections, familiarisation tours and press tours.Supervise all staff for special functions including bar staff, production staff, entertainment and technical Coordinate all function logistics with all relevant department heads before the beginning of each voyage to ensure smooth execution.Confer with Group leader or event POC on the first day of cruise to review group / event details and requirements and maintain frequent contact.Inform shipboard management on all upcoming functions and group requirements, ensure flawless delivery.Generated reports as required, measuring outcomes & reviews of each function
