With 30+ years of experience in a professional environment, I have been privileged to work with, and learn from, all levels of support and management (Physicians, Attorneys, CEOs, CFOs, etc). My time-management skills are exceptional as well as my ability to multi-task effectively, working through to project completion(s) meticulously while attending to constant interruptions. I have planned national events which included accommodations, transportation, registrations/meals & program planning. Daily involvement in the onboarding process of professional staff, working alongside Human Resources and Recruiters to ensure laws and regulations are intact, and finally to file completion of professional staff, to include, reference verification; I-9s; EOB/PTO/P&Ps/corrective actions, and all phases associated with the hiring/ongoing process for staff. My personal philosophy is that there is never "nothing to do" as straightening up a front office or purging files might be just the "filler" in a less stressful time! There is always something that can be done for improvement.
