I trained for my current role in 2007 at Nouveau Contour, the leaders in the Permanent Cosmetics and medical tattooing industry. I trained personally with Karen Betts, founder and Nilam Patel. Both have appeared on television promoting the industry, through improving the lives of cancer and alopecia sufferers by giving back self esteem and confidence to these brave women. I have also completed advanced techniques and am a colour expert.My experience over the last 5 years has led to an increased volume of clients and referrals. I now work through recommendations alone. This was a goal of mine.Future goals would be: to expand into training new technicians using my unique style and methods, which have proven to be in demand; to create and retail my own brand of stock to accompany my training brand, including mineral make-up; to eventually be known nationally as a leader for excellence in my field.Specialties: Using artistry of a high standard to recreate individual hairs, which are then tattooed onto the skin to form natural looking eyebrows.Natural lash enhancement - pigment is tattooed into the lash line.Recreating symmetry in lips. Advanced techniques for cleft palate lip scars.Replacing the lost hair for cancer and alopecia sufferers.Nipple and areole tattooing for nipple reconstruction after surgery.Scar relaxation techniques using needling to improve the appearance of post surgical scarring.Scar camouflage.
