The Training Lead is responsible for the execution of the future Network strategy by developing the capabilities of the StarTrack/Australia Post workforce. The team aims to align workforce capabilities to our strategic priorities by building and executing world-class learning and development initiatives and investing in talent management activities to enable our people to succeed.The role is responsible for preparing and executing the project training plan, design and implementation of training materials for both technical and operational staff as part of the Melbourne and Sydney Parcel Facility expansion projects. - Facilitate/lead stakeholder working parties - Liaise with overseas vendors - Ensure the vendor delivers the training requirements outlined in the contract/training proposal - Manage instructional design resources and outputs - Provide Train the trainers to Learning & Development - Provide input on the assessment and evaluation process and implement actions agreed - Ensure training materials and approach meets the standards of the project for endorsement - Provide continuous support and coaching throughout the project

The coordinator is responsible for the coordination, scheduling and delivery of training across NSW/ACT. A significant portion of my time is allocated to execution and facilitating Leadership programs in line with the Future Ready strategy within Australia Post.The role focuses on managing and coordinating a team of trainers, continuously providing leadership, direction, advice and technical expertise to a diverse range of business and internal stakeholders.- Demonstrate high levels of interpersonal, written and oral communications - Lead and facilitate the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace- Liaise with HR and senior management at state and national levels on the implementation of training initiatives and strategies- Manage and work within monthly and yearly budget projections
