Projects included network optimisation and design, facilitation of strategic partnerships in logistics and industry level projects for the meat and livestock and mining industries.Contributed to industry reviews, including an innovation review of the Textile, Clothing and Footwear industry.Hosted Humanitarian Logistics events, and contributed chapters and papers on aspects of the Humanitarian Supply Chain.Carpenter Ellis has partnered with Gattorna Alignment since 2009, and in 2017 John Gattorna and Deborah Ellis formed Gattorna Ellis Advisory (trading as Gattorna Alignment).
